The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, offering spacious rooms with a balcony to enjoy the views. While the rooms were not immediately available despite confirmation, they were in near perfect condition. A bit more professionalism would have added to the luxury branding of the stay.
When I first checked in, there was a foul smell in the room, but it disappeared after a few hours. Overall, the rooms were decent and clean. The service here is top-notch; they even deliver the newspaper in the morning! The location is just perfect, right opposite the Central bus station. The dining offered a good spread, and everything was well-prepared. I enjoyed my stay here and found it to be a great value for money.

The location, however, opposite the central bus stand, was convenient despite the busy road. The service had its ups and downs, with the hotel entertaining walk-in customers but also allowing late entries that felt a bit unfair.
